Hello! My name is Sarah. I'm a User Experience Designer in Boston.
I currently work as a UX Designer at Fidelity Investments. In my 5 years with Fidelity, I’ve had the opportunity to design in Fidelity’s innovation lab, create new experiences in the retirement planning space to help support people with less savings in their transition to retirement, and work on designs, user research, and strategy for the enterprise tools that Fidelity’s client facing associates use in branches and on the phones.
Prior to Fidelity, I worked as a UX designer at Publicis Sapient. During my time with the agency, I assisted clients across a range of industries. These projects included working on a redesign of CVS’s homepage, rethinking the coupon and overall online shopping experience with The Children’s Place, and integrating with XFINITY’s design team in Philadelphia to create a more cohesive system for their learn content.
I have a Masters in Human Computer Interaction design from Indiana University's School of Informatics and Computing. In undergraduate, I studied Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Creative Writing at Indiana University. User research and understanding people are how interact with technology in their day to day life is key to my process.
My design process and the way I work is constantly evolving but always comes down to people and storytelling. I enjoy collaborating with people to find unique solutions to complicated problems and ultimately enrich the lives of our users.
