XFINITY Learn Content Redesign
For the later part of 2016 and all of 2017, I worked with a SapientRazorfish team out of the XFINITY Philadelphia office. We partnered with XFINITY’s Digital Services team with the goal of improving the user experience and creating a new design system for all of the learn content - the sections of XFINITY.com where a potential customer or customer looking to upgrade or downgrade their package can go to learn what services and packages XFINITY provides.
The opportunity to work on this project over a year and a half allowed me to be involved in the early stages of creating the design system and help it evolve to fit new needs as we moved to different lines of business with unique users and stakeholders.
Throughout my time with the team, I worked on pages in almost every XFINITY line of business, including Internet, Phone, Home Security, and TV. I had the most ownership on the pages in XFINITY Home and TV. Two of the TV sections, Premium Channels and Sports, are outlined below.
